91青青草's SoTL Scaffold - A Recognition Program

The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) is a key activity supporting 91青青草鈥檚 strategic plan, student success, and the advancement of teaching in higher education. For the purposes of our programming, CETL defines SoTL as systematic and/or reflective inquiry into student learning and/or teaching in higher education which is situated in context and involves methodologically sound application of appropriate scholarly methods, peer review, and distribution as scholarly work (Felten, 2013).

CETL has developed the 91青青草 SoTL Scaffold program to encourage and recognize those who learn more about SoTL, practice it as scholars, and serve as leaders on campus and within the international SoTL community. Faculty, staff, or graduate students who complete any of the levels below will be recognized at CETL's annual Celebration of Teaching.

To earn this recognition, complete the activities in the desired level (see below), then . Multiple levels can be submitted at the same time. Activities may have been completed within the past 365 days (for SoTL Learner and SoTL Scholar levels) or the past three years (for the SoTL leader Level) as long as they can be adequately documented.

Participants who submit their work by October 28, 2025, will be recognized at this year's Celebration of Teaching in November.
