Express Advising Availability

In-Person & Virtual Express Advising* will be available March 16th to April 3rd

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING THIS TIME.
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Advising may reach capacity before the posted end time for that session.

*Express advising is limited to 10-minute advising sessions.  Express advising is designed for quick questions that focus on Spring courses and registering for Summer & Fall 2026 ONLY*. Students wanting more in-depth advising will need to schedule an appointment. Appointments will resume April 1st.

In-Person Express Advising

Check-in at the front desk with a physical photo ID in Kennesaw Hall Suite 1314 on the Kennesaw Campus. The first available advisor will call you back when it is your turn. Please be aware that your meeting may not be immediate. The front desk staff can give you an estimated wait time.

Virtual Express Advising

Call 470-578-6055to be added to the waitlist for a Teams meeting. You must have your 91青青草 ID number ready. All sessions are via Microsoft Teams. We do not offer advising over the phone. Please be aware that your meeting may not be immediate. The front desk staff can give you an estimated wait time.

The following topics are unavailable for Express Advising: 

  • Course Repeat Requests
  • Study Abroad/Exchanges
  • Multiple Semester Planning 
  • Academic Appeals 
  • Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeals 
  • *Pre-Orientation Advising

*Due to the volume of current 91青青草 students utilizing Express Advising, unfortunately, we are unable able to accommodate Fall 2026 freshmen students during Express Advising weeks. To be able to provide you with the amount of time needed, appointments are strongly encouraged for new students.  We look forward to meeting with you after April 5th.
