Lab Coordinators

A College of Science and Mathematics (CSM) lab coordinator typically manages the operations of a department or course lab or laboratories, ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This involves tasks such as inventory management, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and sometimes even assisting with research or teaching activities. Lab coordinators often act as a liaison between faculty, staff, and students, and may also be involved in laboratory training.

*Laboratory Safety Micro-credential:
To be eligible to receive the laboratory safety microcredential, you must attend all safety trainings listed with an asterisk (*) and complete a D2L quiz with a score of 70% or better. This process must be completed within two years of attending your first safety training.
